Dinner party Catering can be stressful as there are so many different elements to co-ordinate for a successful occasion. 

As a private chef for hire, it’s my pleasure and my privilege to come to your home and prepare an amazing meal for you and your guests that is sure to exceed your expectations. You don’t have to lift a finger, I create the magic, so your free time enables you to entertain and enjoy yourself.

Our Concept

As an ex-royal chef over three decades of experience in the catering industry, I’m passionate about fresh ingredients, delicious cuisine, and spectacular fine dining. 

Whether you’re seeking high end fine dining for a home dining party experience, or outstanding catering for a private party or one to one cooking lessons, I’m on hand to provide you with an exceptional level of service that will never fail to impress. 

In-home Fine Dining

We will meet beforehand to discuss and design a personalised menu, including ideas on themes and seasonal produce right down to the details to tableware, linen, cutlery and glassware. I will then come to your house on the day to prepare and serve brunch, lunch or dinner for family or friends. 

Whether it’s an elaborate tasting menu or a three-course dining experience all packed with seasonal fresh ingredients. I will plan the perfect food and drink experience to wow your guests. Seafood and game are my specialities. I will cook, serve and even do the washing-up.

One-to-one Cooking Lessons
